We can arrange worldwide shipment by express, by air and by sea from Shenzhen.
We deliver goods by DHL ,UPS, EMS, TNT, FEDEX, HK airmail and HK surface with door to door service; normally it will take 2-3 days to delivery.
It will take 3-5 days to delivery, customer can pick up goods from airport by airway bill.
For bulk order, we arrange delivery by sea to main ports of worldwide from Yantian Port, Shenzhen. Delivery time will be 20-30 days accordingly.
Note: The shipping cost & delivery time are different between different shipping methods.
Orders paid before 11:00AM (GMT+8) will ship the same business day. Any orders paid for after 11:00AM (GMT+8) will be shipped the following business day (excluding weekends & holidays)
We accept PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union and MoneyGram. Please contact us to make arrangements to pay by any of our alternate methods.
If you pay via PayPal. We can receive it within several minutes, if you pay via Western Union, Money Gram or Bank Transfer, it may need 1-2 business days.
We do not add any additional charges or taxes in China.
Possible additional costs to you may include:

– Any import duties that are levied at customs.
Please note that if you are re-selling goods from fun-tek.com. Please ensure you are abiding by the tax (and other) regulations for selling goods in your home country and the destination country.
Please note that if you are drop-shipping to end customers, Please let them know about any taxes they may have to pay when receiving goods from the courier.
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 30 days from the date of purchase.If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt for an exchange or refund within 30 days. After 30 days all sales are final.
Our official return policy for all our products is as follows:
- All returned items must be new & unused in the original state with all tickets/tags attached & deemed by Fun Technology Ltd to be in an unworn/undamaged condition prior to be accepted for a refund or exchange.
•Return within 30 days from receipt date can be for refund. Return within warranty time from purchase date can be for replacement, exchange or repair.
•All returned items must be in complete original manufacturer’s packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions and documentation.
•Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
•It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, if you want to return the product for any reason, we will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
•Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

- Damaged Items and Shortage Claims: Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. Call our Customer Service Dept +86-183-0755-2838 to report damages and obtain a return authorization number.
- Exchange Products: Exchange only on retail clearance priced merchandise within 10 days. No further price adjustments.
