What is your device’s warranty?

① Free maintenance within 1 year from the date of delivery, except built-in phone cable and broken screen, because cables are consumables, it’s better to buy some spare cables.

② If any problem of our CMS App, please send us video, then we will check and solve it for you timely.

③ If any problem with the motherboard, power supply board or LCD screen, we will provide the corresponding free accessories and video instructions to repair, and customers need to bear the freight.

④ If send goods back to our factory to repair, all freight for back and forth are borne by customers.

⑤ After 1 year warranty, customers can buy any spare parts to repair from us.

⑥ Please rest assured we focus on this filed more than 6 years, less than 1% defective complaints.
