How do I charge the battery?
The battery is charged via a mini /micro USB to USB cable like a cell phone.
Who loads the videos?
We load each unit with the customer’s videos and fully charge each lithium battery during production.
What video formats are supported?
The perfect video aspect ratio is 16:9 for a 7″ video brochure or 800 x 450 pixels or for our new HD LCD displays. Other aspect ratios and higher resolutions may also work but may take up more available storage.
Do you offer custom printing and die-cutting?
Yes. We can custom print, 4 color video brochures for any order size. We also offer UV, Spot UV, Foil and other custom finishes. There is additional setup fees for orders of 50 units or less. Custom die-cuts are also available but subject to the size and limitations of the internal components and electronics.
Do you offer a warranty?
All Funtek Video Modules come with a 30 day limited warranty. Check with your reseller if you purchased China made Funtek Video Modules but not directly from Funtek. Funtek does not replace damaged video brochures but may offer replacement or repair. Please view our Warranty & Return Policy for complete details.
