Shipment processing time:

• Orders placed on working days or on holidays including weekends will be processed within following 3 working days.
• We do not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

• We offer DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS as default express.
• Estimated shipping time is 7-25 business days, which mostly depends on the delivery countries.
• Bulk orders can be shipped either by air or by sea.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Your package may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival. The recipient is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, fees, and international costs. If you are unable to pay import duties, please do not purchase. If the recipient refuses to pay the customs duties, the courier company will be unable to deliver the package, and it will be returned. The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

For goods imported from China, please provide your VAT number. For shipments to EU countries, please provide your EORI number. Note: To avoid subsequent customs clearance delays or the risk of return shipments, please provide the EORI number for goods destined for EU countries.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on All Products

All new products you purchase from FUNTEK come with a satisfaction guarantee. If any product fails to meet your reasonable expectations, it may be returned for replacement or refund less shipping charges. Products must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days. Return labels will require you to return the product at your own expense. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect product, you will not be eligible for a refund. Items may take up to 30 days to arrive after return. Please contact us for a return address. The refund amount will be shown in your account within 3-5 business days after the item is received at our warehouse.

1-Year Limited Warranty on FUNTEK Products

FUNTEK offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products and accessories against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, if the product becomes defective and you return it with proper instructions, we will repair or replace your product. The replacement product will be the same model as the product originally purchased; we will make every effort to replace the product with one of the same color. This limited 1-year warranty applies to any repairs, replacement parts or replacement products for the remainder of the original warranty period.
