Shipment processing time:

• Orders placed on working days or on holidays including weekends will be processed within following 3 working days.
• We do not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

All new products you purchase from FUNTEK come with a satisfaction guarantee. If any product fails to meet your reasonable expectations, it may be returned for replacement or refund less shipping charges. Products must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days. Return labels will require you to return the product at your own expense. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect product, you will not be eligible for a refund. Items may take up to 30 days to arrive after return. Please contact us for a return address. The refund amount will be shown in your account within 3-5 business days after the item is received at our warehouse.

1-Year Limited Warranty on FUNTEK Products

FUNTEK offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products and accessories against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, if the product becomes defective and you return it with proper instructions, we will repair or replace your product. The replacement product will be the same model as the product originally purchased; we will make every effort to replace the product with one of the same color. This limited 1-year warranty applies to any repairs, replacement parts or replacement products for the remainder of the original warranty period.
