What is your return policy?
Funtek’s goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 30 days from the date of purchase.If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt for an exchange or refund within 30 days. After 30 days all sales are final.
Our official return policy for all our products is as follows:
All returned items must be new & unused in the original state with all tickets/tags attached & deemed by Fun Technology Ltd to be in an unworn/undamaged condition prior to be accepted for a refund or exchange.
•Return within 30 days from receipt date can be for refund. Return within warranty time from purchase date can be for replacement, exchange or repair.
•All returned items must be in complete original manufacturer’s packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions and documentation.
•Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
•It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, if you want to return the product for any reason, we will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
•Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
