• A: Yes, of course. We can provide you with either stock samples or customized samples. You could select one of them at your will.
• For stock samples, we will choose exquisite cards closely related to the industry of the customer and then deliver them.

2.Q: Which format of the design documents I should offer to you?

• A: It is acceptable if the source design is the vector file with a format of AI, CDR or PDF.

3.Q: Can I replace the video in the video cards?

• A: Yes, you can. It is easy to update the video in the cards. You just need to connect the cards with your PC via the free USB cable we offer to you, then copy & paste your videos and images to the relevant drive.

4.Q: Do you provide service of multiple video uploading? Which format of the video I need to offer to you?

• A: Yes, we are glad to provide you with multiple video uploading service for free. All video format is acceptable but it is better if you could offer videos with a format of MP4 or avi.

5.Q: Are the video brochures rechargeable? How long can it be used after charging?

• A: We use lithium batteries that can be recharged. They can be recycled for more than 500 times. It takes about 1 hour to be fully charged. Once charged, the cards support playing videos for 1.5 hours.

6. Q: Can I customize the dimension of my video brochures?

• A: Yes, definitely. The main screen sizes include 2.4 inch, 2.8 inch, 4.3 inch, 5 inch, 7 inch and 10 inch. You could select one of them at your will.

• A: Yes, of course. The major functions of buttons include Previous, Next, Backward, Forward, Pause, Play, Volume+, Volume-, Video button and Image button.

• A: For packing box, we could provide printed boxes or neutral solid color boxes according to your requirements.

• A: For samples, it needs 1~3 business days; for bulk production, it takes 7~15 business days.

13.Q: Which kind of delivery do you use?

• A: According to the urgency degree of the customer, we have three modes of transportation including express, air freight and shipping.
• Because of the high value and small size of our products, we usually advise customers to choose Express which has a faster delivery time of 3~7 days. Shipping is suitable for larger packages, the delivery time is generally about 30 days.
